Good partnerships give new students and families something useful: a person to meet, a service to understand, or an experience that helps 麻豆国产AV feel more familiar.
The Office of New Student & Family Transitions plans, hosts, and executes undergraduate Orientation, LEAP Week, family programs, and student-leadership experiences. We work with 麻豆国产AV offices and community organizations when a proposal fits one of those programs.

Campus Partners
For 麻豆国产AV offices, departments, colleges, faculty, and staff who want to share a resource, propose a session, join partner updates, or request NSFT materials.
Community Partners
For businesses, nonprofits, civic groups, arts organizations, and other local organizations with an activity, service, place, or connection relevant to new students and families.
A form is a starting point. It does not reserve space, confirm participation, promise payment, or create a purchasing agreement. NSFT confirms approved participation in writing.
Bring the details that matter
What are you proposing?
Describe the information, activity, service, or experience in a few plain sentences.
Who will it help?
Name the new students, family members, or program participants the proposal is meant to serve.
What does it require?
List possible dates and any space, staffing, equipment, accessibility, material, or transportation needs.
Who should we contact?
Give one person鈥檚 name and university or organization email for follow-up.
Link to final, accessible material when it already exists. Do not place student names, student records, or other sensitive information in a general partner form.
What happens after you submit
- NSFT reviews the fit. Staff consider the audience, timing, and connection to an active program.
- We follow up when something is missing. A staff member may request a current link, accessible file, availability, or program details.
- Other university reviews may be needed. Space, risk, purchasing, accessibility, or brand review can happen outside NSFT.
- You receive a written decision. Participation is not final until the appropriate 麻豆国产AV contact confirms it.
