These year pages keep their names and roles together. A new roster can be added without replacing the students who served before it.

The work behind each roster
Orientation Leaders meet new students and families while 麻豆国产AV still feels unfamiliar. They:
- prepare with the team and learn the program;
- welcome students, families, and supporters;
- guide groups, conversations, and campus experiences;
- help people find the office or staff member that owns the answer; and
- share feedback that makes the next program better.

Each roster keeps its year-specific URL. Public team pages contain approved recognition and program information. Internal schedules, evaluations, student records, and planning documents remain private.
