"Throughout the country, Americans will know that HOPE and DREAMS are alive and well in Georgia," says Gov. Brian Kemp.

The Fit for the Future event allowed students to peruse donated professional clothing and allow them to select a shirt or blouse, pants, shoes, socks, belt and a jacket free of charge.

"I want them to do something that they can actually put on their resumes and have a chance to work on a public history project," says Melissa DeVelvis, PhD.

"It was one of the few courses that made you feel like you weren't just going through the motions," says Emily Max.
