Information Technology program graduates are well-prepared for various career opportunities, including computer systems analyst, software developer, web developer, computer network architect, database administrator, computer support specialist, and computer programmer.
The median annual salary for computer and mathematical occupations is about $113,140, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
Specific roles like computer systems analysts, software developers, and web developers are seeing particularly strong demand. For example, statisticians' employment is expected to grow by 35%, while mathematicians will see a 3% increase.
Proximity to industry experts at the 332,000 sq. ft. Georgia Cyber Center increases internship and networking opportunities by putting you shoulder-to-shoulder with professionals in the field.
