Requirements

To be considered for the Pain Medicine Fellowship, candidates must have successfully completed or be in the last year of training in a U.S. accredited residency.

Prospective candidates must be either a U.S. citizen, eligible for by the , or possess a valid U.S. or valid . All international medical graduates must also hold a currently valid certificate from .

  • Program in which you are interested
  • Medical school attended
  • Year of graduation
  • Your current residency/fellowship if applicable

Please Include:

  • Official medical school transcript
  • Transcript of Step 1, 2 and 3 board scores
  • ECFMG certificate*if applicable
  • Verification of residency training
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement
  • Copy of dean's letter or MSPE
  • 3 current letters of recommendation
  • Letter from your residency program director

Applications accepted for two fellowship positions each year via  and are selected through the NRMP Match process. If you wish to be considered for an interview, please ensure that we receive all required documentation. Qualified applicants are contacted via ERAS to schedule an interview.
