Research Interests

My research focuses on targeted protein degradation and chemical biology approaches to modulate disease-associated proteins in cancer and aging. We develop innovative small-molecule degraders鈥攊ncluding PROTACs, molecular glues, and next-generation platforms鈥攁nd dissect mechanisms regulating protein folding, arginylation, alternative splicing, and protein quality control.
